They have 16 year olds changing oils on State street . I went here to service my new car for an oil change . The young hire did not know how to put back my cover on the bottom of my car. I drove away and heard a metal scraping the ground. I went back to tell them, they sent back the same 16 year old to put it on . I asked the service desk guy to check if he had put it on properly, he told me he told him how to put it on so it should be good this time. When he took out my car i went outside and looked under my car, I could see 2 zip ties hanging from the bottom of my car . I went back inside to inform them. The third time they put up the car I told them I wanted to see under my car to make sure it was done properly. They showed me and when I looked two of my screws that hold the bottom together was missing . This is a new car and my first time doing an oil change after buying it. The kids do not know what they are doing. No one was monitoring the 16 year old to make sure he was doing the right thing. Had I not check my self to ensure my car was put together they would have said my car is faulty and they didn’t do it. They had older men in the shop who could have supervised but they didn’t. I’ve alway done my services here but I’m never coming back here !!!
