Lost a heat shield on my Tacoma. Being new to the area, I was apprehensive about finding a repair shop. I found Spartan on Google. I was very impressed with this place. Staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Made the repair in short order at the price they gave me up front. I never write reviews but had a good experience and needed to comment. Will definitely be back in the future.

My friends made a call to Spartan and they made room for me. The work
was completed within 24 hrs and the price was great, reasonable & fair.
Their waiting area was spotless, Denise (I think I have that correct?)
could not be nicer. In addition, I have never been to an auto mechanic
place that did not smell of grease, until Spartan. An extremely friendly
and professional business that I would highly recommend.

I have been bringing my car to Spartan for a while now. They are thoughtful and considerate. They lay out options for you and help you make the right decision for you and your car. We trust them implicitly with our vehicles and unless there’s something we need done that they can’t do they are our go to for our cars. Cannot recommend them enough!
I went to Spartan in Wilbraham on Tuesday to speak to someone regarding my back windshield elbow of the wiper. I spoke to the receptionist and she referred me to Greg. He went outside to check out the problem. He said that it could be fixed and that he would get back to me about ordering the wiper part and how much it would cost. Within a couple of hours he called me to see when I could come in to have it installed. He had time on the day I asked and now the wiper is ready for the next rainy day! Thank you so much for your quick response and for always satisfying your customers. This is a great place to have your car serviced. They are dependable, pleasant and very professional and enjoy talking to the customers about getting the job done! Thanks again for coming to the rescue!
