Update on experience with Southern Auto
They replaced a new tire of mine, same day. Quick and easy. A center piece was missing after installation. The owner called me personally, and told me they found it and will put it back on and offered a free oil change for the mixup. Great customer service.

Missing part of my rim
I took my car to your shop for a new tire, they ordered one and had it put on that day, which was great! But when I came to pick it up the center peace of my rim was gone. And now it looks bad and rusty behind it.

It's always a win when we can get you back on the road with new tires, but it's definitely a swing and a miss when it comes to the missing center piece of your rim. That's not the kind of surprise we like to deliver. We want to make sure your Charger looks as good as it drives, so please reach out to us directly.
