Car Purchase
Super unhappy with the purchase of our son's Hyundai on Sunday.  My 20-year-old son was super excited to buy his first car. My husband went with him for the test drive and then decided to let our son handle the paperwork on this own since all had been decided.
When he came home with his car he had only one key fob.  I asked him where the second one was and he said that they didn't give it to him.  He said that there was a second key fab and that when he went for the test drive they gave him one and the salesman had the other one in his hand.

I called on Monday 3 times and was never given a callback.  Same on Tuesday.  I finally got ahold of the salesman asking for the second key, he transferred me to Rudy who said that he could sell me one at their cost since there was not a second key Fab.  I asked to speak to his boss who he said was Angelo but was told he was in a meeting and would call me back.

At this point, I am very unhappy.  I have never had any car dealership give me the run around like Hyundai of Gilroy.  The least they could have done was call me back.  We have bought a lot of cars over our lifetime and always had a wonderful experience.  I am so sad for our son that his first car buying experience had to be like this.
