Just keeps getting worse.
After leaving a review critical of the finance guys hard sell of an extended warranty, now I get a letter telling me that they can’t extend me credit. A man with a credit rating over 800 cant get credit through Hyundai? Seems a bit like someone is using their position to get revenge.

Hard sell on extended warranty a real put off.
The finance guy did a real hard sell on the extended warranty. I repeatedly told him I wasn’t buying it under any circumstances but he kept pushing and pushing and pushing and……they nearly lost the sale because he was a total ARSE.

Mr Isenberg, thank you and your wife for your purchase-we appreciate your business and your future business.  Gabe explained to me your experience with Hashim in the business....I can completely understand your position with him as I personally sit him down after you left to give him counseling in his repeated efforts to sell you a warranty.  He is new to our store so I expressed to him very strongly that we do not bager our customers to buy any product.....the is not our code of conducting business. My only request is to ask that you would consider rescoring your experience with Gabe because the overall score of the review only affects him with his performance with Hyundai....as your comments have been noted along with action taken on my part.  Thanks in advance for your consideration and I hope you and your wife enjoy the Santa Fe.

Your loan was approved and booked/finalized on 2/26/2022 with Hyundai Motor Finance-not sure why any letter was sent to you.
