My experience was very nice. I was referred by two friends. I got to the shop and saw a lot of cars so I was presently surprised that Jay took my car in right away and did an excellent service at a reasonable price 👏. He was very polite and professional. Let me start off by saying that Jay is the BEST!! I love love his customer service, when I called and spoke with him he was very polite and listened to what I was trying to explain about my 2020 VW Passat he had me to bring my car right over and he took he took care of the rest. They did an exceptional job with my car I'm beyond happy!!! What I thought was an electrical issue ended up only being my battery and reprogramming it. I will always be a loyal customer to Sonoma Auto Tech!! I highly recommend them!

Smog repair
I came to Sonoma Auto Tech after spending months trying to find a replacement smog hose for my my 1998 car which even the smog referees couldn’t find. Thankfully with the perseverance of the mechanics here, my car is finally good to go. This car was given to me by my grandmother and it may be old, but it has low mileage and a lot of life left, knock on wood! Thank you for extending its existence! We need a second car.
