Service with a smile!
One has no control over when and where your vehicle decides to not start. I called Ian at 5:05 one afternoon to inform him the tow truck was bringing my car to him. He assured me that his team could check it all out the next morning. The starter was replaced and a few other minor repairs and I was on my way. Solo made the full experience as stress less as possible.

Effortless from scheduling/getting in and out/to execution of the work
Time is of the essence. When you call you get an appointment you can work with, either wait (use their wifi) or come back, and get a complete comprehensive report on the job completed. Satisfying experience with genuine customer service (what a concept).
