Receptionist will run off your customers
I called to voice a complaint today. And instead of listening and seeing if she could point me in the right direction to get the problem fixed. She chose to argue with me and get and attitude with me about my attitude. I was upset at the time yes... but she went about communicating with in the wrong manner.
I will never take a vehicle to them again because of that experience! I am suggesting to everyone I encounter to stay away!

Excellent Service
We have been using Sneller’s for years . Their prices and service are unbeatable. Fast, honest, and reliable. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Guardian angels
My battery was dead after my car sat for 7 weeks because I had surgery and could not drive. Snellers came to my home 7 miles out of town boosted my car and charged me nothing.

Poor, poor, and more poor
If I could choose no stars, I would. My car was at this shop for four months and I was charged $700 for less than eight hours of work. I was never told the hourly rate until after the work was done. After almost four months of having my car, I called and they said they were starting the work that day. The next day they said I had a bill. I was floored! The mechanic said he wanted to take his time with it. Four months was WAY too much time for the little amount of work that needed done. Very poor customer service and a total ripoff. Don't waste your time here. Take your vehicle to the professionals, not these amateurs.

The service was friendly, honest, and fast. It has been a tremendous stroke of luck and relief to find a reliable and trustworthy shop that is locally owned and conveniently located.

Friendly staff and good service
I had initially called because my car had an oil leak. When I arrived, someone took my car to have a look, and came back telling my that my oil filter had not been tightened properly on my last oil change (at another establishment). He fixed the oil filter, filled it up with some extra oil, and sent me on my way. Everyone was great so I decided that I would be getting my oil changed, etc. at Sneller from now on.
