Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee I could tell something was wrong was told by sales (Dale) bring the vehicle in and they would take care of me… Jerry was the finance guy told me I had bumper to bumper warranty.. I called and called with no return call finally was able to bring the car in (after 30 days so I wouldn’t be able to return the vehicle) only to be told I don’t have bumper to bumper warranty and it would be over $3,000 to fix and it wasn’t covered under the warranty I do have so we went back and forth for a couple days finally manager called and said they would fix it just this one time and I would have to pay a $200 deductible.. ok fine so they had my car for 5 days they explained to me that they have to send it to Kimberly car center to air up the suspension never offered me a rental car. I go to get my car drive off the lot and the same thing was going on if not worse I call the service manager he said Kimberly car Center said they aired it up and leveled it and as long as I don’t mess with the knob to change driving conditions it should be fine… just took it to Another dealership with in one hour they let me know it was the
Air suspension compressor and it will be $3000 to fix! Absolutely horrible service never returns calls lies and takes advantage of people at this point I don’t know what I paid $200 for so they can put a band-Aid over the issue and blow smoke up my you know what to make me go away I’ve put less then 500 miles on this vehicle and already dumping thousands of dollars into it horrible I will never be back!
