Always excellent
Their reputation for great diagnostic skills just played out for me, with my embarrassing request to find the cause of an intermittent and totally random squeak-(under a second in duration) in the front end, in which I was all but convinced they wouldn't be able to detect but made me realize something had to be wrong. The squeak turned out to be the tip of an iceberg, involving front quick struts and sway-bar links.
My vehicle is 8 years old, and registered in Connecticut-which doesn't require inspections until a car is 10 years old. This seems like it might be an example of what might go wrong with a policy like this.
They are also very patient and attentive, for such a busy place.

We're glad to hear that our diagnostic skills were put to the test and came through for you—who knew a tiny squeak could lead to such revelation? It's like solving a car mystery with a plot twist. As for your 8-year-old CR-V, it seems like it's trying to keep things interesting. Preventive maintenance can be a real lifesaver, especially when you're playing the waiting game with inspections. We appreciate your recognition of our team's patience and attentiveness, especially when time is of the essence. We hope you enjoy many more miles with your CR-V—squeaks and all (but preferably without the drama next time)!
