If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas from Sisbarro GMC five months ago and have had nonstop issues with both the vehicle and the dealership. I was promised a spare tire and a hood sensor repair at purchase; after months of calling with no response, I finally had to show up in person. Three months later they fixed the hood sensor, but I never received the spare tire because it was never ordered.

While visiting family, my car went into limp mode on the highway and left me stranded for hours. The Volkswagen dealership told me this is a known electrical issue and advised me to contact Sisbarro. I tried calling for days with no answer. When I finally reached someone, they were unhelpful.

When I went in person, Sisbarro admitted they knew about Volkswagen’s electrical issues before selling me the car, but their priority is “quota and sales.” They also dropped my trade‑in value from $19,500 to $15,000 within minutes. I experienced dismissive and condescending treatment as a woman, and Sisbarro Volkswagen refused to even look at my car until I spoke to the GMC dealership where I purchased it.

I was told I could service the vehicle anywhere, but that was false — Volkswagen software requires a VW dealership. This dealership pressures customers, provides misleading information, and does not stand behind the vehicles they sell
