Highly recommended
Simpsons was recommended to me by a friend. I am glad I asked her for help finding a good repair shop. From the first phone call speaking with Ron, I felt comfortable with putting my vehicle in his hands. When the tow truck dropped my Tahoe off and I got to meet Ron, he and over the possibilities that might or might not be needed. And he nailed it, and realizing some programming of he electronics was required, he called and informed me of the addition. Throughout the repair and his communication with me, I was thankful for his knowledge and experience , I am thankful that the truck was quickly done and it runs great, and for the ride to my hotel. With the price of everything being subject to inflation , the cost of the repair was more than fair. I expected it would be alot more. And it's not really the price , but for me, it's the quality of the work and the knowledge their team has that are involved in the repair that needs to be factored in. I think they rounded it all out very professionally . All that to say yea, I'm glad I listened to my friend's recommendation. Simpsons just learned me a s a loyal customer should anything else on any of my vehicles needs attention. And yes , I will and have recommended Simpsons to my friends. Good job guys
