Highly recommended. I took my Subaru in to have my brake pads replaced. Simon and his team took great care of me. I felt like the pads-change and extra recommended services around this project were appropriate and fairly priced. What stood out was the excellent customer service, timely call-backs, and how personable Simon was. The facility is modern, clean/ beautiful, and a pleasure to visit!
Simon's provides honest and accurate diagnoses of problems, timely fixes and reasonable prices... everything you could ask for in automobile servicing. Plus, Simon is hilarious!! Highly recommended!
My service visit was for a new timing belt and a 100,000 mile check up. The work was done timely and well. The car runs great. Simon and Andy are very customer oriented and good to deal with.
Came for oil change, another customer came for oil change too. His car was placed in the same lane, behind me. Needed to wait until his oil change was completed too, prior to being able to leave. Added 40 minutes to my wait.
