Wash quality has gone down hill.
I use this car wash every Sunday. The $8 wash does not do the basic job of getting dust and debris off the vehicle any more. I paid $32 to have my other Cadillac done and the wash is inferior. My dash is as full of dust as when I drove in. The cashier told me about needing new brushes etc. I go for a good car wash and get an inferior wash. The management needs to do what's necessary to resolve.

Horrible Business!
They have been double charging our account for monthly car washes for months! We canceled the account, but they continued to charge a second account that we were not aware existed. Went back in to cancel and they said our account was already canceled and refused to wash our car unless we showed them proof of the second charge. Went back in and showed proof, but they tried to deny we were charged again. Instead of trying to correct the problem, the manager credited us two dollars!! Are you kidding me? What happened to this place? Incompetent management and zero customer service! Will never go to Simi Auto Spa again.

Poor Management
The new Management clearly needs to be reintroduced to the term (management). I've been a loyal customer to the previous owner for over 30 years. While disappointed by the change of hands, I remained optomistic with regards to service. Clearly the new owner has no clue how to run this business. Long lines of cars sit while employees hold court in clear sight of customers, I've never seen anything like this. I will not be returning.

Keep driving
They will scratch your tint and blame you. The owner never returned the call and the this place sucks list just keeps going. The manager is a dip sh!t that lets his ego take control of his actions! Much better places.

Should be no mask, no service
Too many customers yesterday without masks. It needs to be required. Spacing out the tables is a start. Myself and the employees were the only ones with a mask. Also, dogs that are not service animals should be a no no.

Dan said the staff didn't do what he asked them to do. He stated that he brought two vehicles to this business, one needed an oil change, and he wanted both vehicles to be washed at the same time. He mentioned that the staff told him to return to the facility after an hour, they would run the vehicles together, they did not do so and this cost him quite a few hours out of his day.
