BUYER BEWARE, FALSE ADVERTISING
I recently purchased a vehicle via cash from this dealership that i had located online. When we picked up the vehicle our salesman was not there but told us Brandon would take care of us. Brandon rushed us, refused to wash the car after I signed the dotted line even though initially told me he would, and left me with an empty tank of gas, great service right? Now I finally washed the car and I notice there is damage on the front bumper and it's pushed in. I go back and look at the photos to see if it was there prior to my purchase, and it sure as hell was. Their records didn't indicate any damages and showed a carfax with no accidents. I reach out and provide proof it was there prior to me taking it off the lot and they agree but the sales manager Ryan Roberts says, well you bought a used vehicle sorry nothing we will do, you should have seen it and said something. If there was damage they should notify the consumer before purchasing, I'm not a car expert, and it's not something that stands out when the car isn't clean which they refused to do. I asked for the advertising photos and somehow no one can provide the proof it was there when they took it and showed in the advertised photos for sale. No one can prove when they put the sticker on the vehicle the amount included a reduction for damage, but they tell me they consider all those factors, but had that been considered it should be disclosed to the consumer. I will make sure every opportunity I get I will let everyone know how this business is ran, that is sneaky, unprofessional, and false advertising. BEWARE!! photos they use on their website to advertise their vehicles are not accurate and per their manager if there is damage when they take it in on their lot, they supposedly consider in sales price before they lost it but wont let the consumer know. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! I am now the consumer that was never made aware the front bumper was pushed in and out of alignment. I'm not the car expert they are, but shame on me ive learned my lesson, next time ill try and find a body man to go with me to buy the vehicle, now im driving a $64000 vehicle with damage! Shame on you! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
