I’ve not written a review before,but I couldn’t help myself. I should written this right away because now I can’t remember the young lady’s name.I’ve had services before but this service was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and explained things as she went along and answered my question respectfully. She came for what was expected to be a simple job but opened up a can of worms. She systematically worked to troubleshoot all the issues.She was not afraid to reach out to her colleagues for assistance - so she came with assistance bright and early the next morning to finish up what hadn’t been completed. I loved the respectful, collaborative and friendly conversation between them as they worked. They cleaned up after themselves (which often doesn’t happen) and put everything back they way they found it. They thanked me when they were done. Thank you Shaw Electric for hiring the quality and qualified people you sent to my home to resolve my issues.Brenda R.
