Chris was very helpful in working out a deal both for my new car as well as my trade-in over the phone and via email due to my distance from the dealership. They are very transparent and when I arrived at the dealership there were no unpleasant surprises. All the pricing was exactly as discussed, my new vehicle was detailed and ready to go, Chris reviewed all the vehicles features with me, arranged for a specialist to set up BlueLink for me and Jessica was quick and helpful in getting all the financing paperwork done without any pressure regarding extended warranties, etc. Since my Trade-In was exactly as I described it in my email and the photos I sent there Shaker's honored the price they offered me.
