Fast and honest
I came in for a state inspection for a gifted car. While it did pass, there were some other minor issues that were shared with me. The mechanic suggested to wait to do some of the repairs as they weren't critical and were very minor. Other places might have said they needed to be done right away. I really appreciated the honesty.
