Dishonest service department
The service department lied to me and told me that my 2017 Elantra doesn’t have an oil indicator light when I asked why the oil light didn’t come on when the car was low on oil. They further lied by telling me it is normal for the car to burn 4 quarts of oil and have no oil left before the car is due for an oil change. They said that isn’t a malfunction; it’s “normal wear and tear”.

I took my car there for a bearing clearance test to see if there was a potential manufacturing defect with the engine and they refused to perform the test.

Never again would I do business with this back stabbing idiot
The worst service I’ve ever gotten on the sales tell you one thing, then do another then tell you that that you imagine what you’re seeing on aunt Kelly’s they can kiss my ass. I’ll never be there again.

Horrible Service
Horrible Service Department!

Worst mechanic/management service!
Took car for problem. Was told 98% sure problem fixed. Drive carcsame day not fixed. Told to bring back but eat the 400.00 + mistake. Kept over weekend. Checked on Monday was told need battery and would be extra 400.00 + due to all the extra hours fixing their 1st mistake. Won’t take any money off for THEIR MISTAKE. Take extra mileage and go to a different dealer. Trust me! Reporting to better business bureau! This is a disgrace!

Very helpful.
Pete Bruche was extremely helpful and very professional. He answered all my questions and was very willing to work with my schedule. The company provided me with a rental car while my car was in the garage. They did not even charge me a diagnostic fee. Great service.

We got our car serviced and had to wait...but it probably is that way at many dealerships. Staffing seems to be a challenge for them.
