Unprofessional and Demeaning
I am a single mom of two and went into the shop and had to pay with a voucher because of unforeseen circumstances of DV. I had two tires ordered to replace my car and was treated rudely. Profanity words were stated when they saw my voucher and treated my service less than others.
There was a crack in my rim that was visible when they swapped and did not notify me at all and had to drive back for them to check because one of the tires were flat in the morning. In addition, they lacked accountability and made it seem as if I was incompetent and never had my car serviced before and lied and stated it was a small crack and that it was not noticeable when in fact when I went to another tire company they showed me how obvious the crack
Was when the tire was removed. They let me drive off after swapping my tires and not notifying me about the crack and not giving me a proper invoice or check out all because I paid with a state voucher.

Not intimidating
I know in this world that we live in a woman should feel comfortable to walk into an automotive place. But, I am old school, and feel intimidated by the whole process. I can say the people at Goodyear made me comfortable and did an excellent job in replacing my tires. Friendly and kind people, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Tire Installation
Wonderful experience! Gave me an appointment time and they started work right away. Finished mounting and balancing in just an hour. Tires were exactly what I ordered. Staff was courteous and friendly.
