I've been using Scott's automotive for a few years now ever since we moved to Rockwall. The work is always done right. But, let me tell you what separates Manny from most every other business out there - not just car repair busines - he cares about his customers and what his customer's need. I'll give you a perfect example... i took my car in there on a Thursday he said he thought it would be out by Friday, because I needed it for a weekend trip out of town. Friday rolls around, and at about 5pm I check in and he says they're just now getting the car into the shop. They had several cars in front of mine that took longer than expected. But, Manny said that he would stay later and take a look at it for me. At 10:45 p.m. I got a text message saying my car was ready to be picked up Saturday morning for our trip. What business owners do this in today's world? I can probably count the number on one hand. This is the place you want to take your vehicle, these are the type of people that you want to do business with.
