I was charged $757 for six spark plugs and six ignition coils. However, based on what we discussed over the phone and what I later observed, it appeared that only two ignition coils were replaced. On top of that, the shop kept my vehicle for four days.
I’m a very easygoing person, and I don’t have a lot of free time because I work and have a newborn child at home. I depend on my vehicle every day, and now it’s broken down again. This situation has cost me both time and money.
I had told the mechanic that I had already run a quick diagnostic test on the vehicle because I was trying to understand the problem and possibly save some money by doing the repair myself if I could. I think most people can understand wanting to do that.
The mechanic came across as respectful during our conversations, but I left feeling very disappointed with the service I received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
