Justin and Julie are two people that understand other working people. Our Jeep was there for tires and rear shocks . The tires were installed professionally and timely but when it came to the shocks the part suppliers failed miserably. Justin was able to locate the shocks through another parts house and get them delivered, installed and finish our Jeep so my wife wouldn't have to take another day off from work. She really appreciated that extra effort. Our hats are off to him.As for Julie she kept me informed of the progress of the repairs via texting. Thank you Julie
