Kent is awesome at getting my car worked on & affordability. I just stopped in to get my bulbs replaced for my fog light & driver side headlight. It took less than an hour & was affordable. I will be coming back.
So my 06 eclipse failed an emissions test so I brought my car in to Schetters. I was told my whole exhaust system would have to be redone front to back. They immediately started pushing the most expensive parts for repairs to which I said I could not do that much of an expense so they allowed me to purchase my own parts. When dropping my car off I stated that I wanted the original catalytic converters back (had to ask for them back and where plasma cutter torched off and destroyed) while changing the parts they broke my axel knuckle as well as my egr pipe. The owner tried charging me for the parts and also blocked off my egr pipe and did not replace it because it needed an adapter and they no longer wanted to deal with my car. After getting my car back my brakes were horribly grinding. So I decided to change them myself because I refuse to bring my car back to that location. And after removing my passenger front tire I seen my brake caliper was missing a bolt and not even attached completely. This shop misdiagnosed my car and did not even fix the issue which was passing an emissions test even after pushing expensive parts that would have not have fixed the issues either. I’m sure I’m still failing my emissions because of the missing egr pipe that they damaged and did not replace. And to top the whole experience they also gave my car back with my battery completely drained and I had to drive home to get a jumper box and drive back just to start my car to get it off their lot.
The staff got me in right away and finished early and under cost and as soon as I told them what the issue was they were able to diagnose it. I waited and it went by fast because they had good music playing.
