Disappointed with Post-Repair Issues and Lack of Thorough Inspection
After a front-end accident, I brought my Subaru Outback in for repairs expecting quality service. While the initial work was completed, I’ve had ongoing issues with the drivetrain, steering, and now a fluid leak — all pointing to incomplete diagnostics or missed damage. I also hold an extended warranty that should cover these problems, but proper coordination has yet to happen. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-through and attention to detail. Hoping management steps up and resolves this properly.
