Very satisfied with my car repair but Direct communication is poor
Sounds like you need better communication contacts. If I need more car repair, I will use Schaever auto repair again

My issue is not repair / it’s Communication
Your communication with customers little to none. I had to come to ur shop just to get any information. When i call it always goes to answering machine no call backs.

Back Order Nightmare

We're sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with at Schaefer Autobody Centers of Columbia.  Unfortunately, parts issues are out of our control and are a Nationwide issue.  We did mention this to you at the time you dropped your vehicle off and did our best to expedite the repairs once parts were recieved.  I wish you didnt reflect this pain in the score you gave our shop because, once again, these are issues out of our control.  I know you will be completely satisfied once you get your vehicle back!  Hopefully at that time you can issue a new score for the shop that reflects our work and not the timliness of parts that is out of our control.  Thank you for your time and we hope that you think of us should you need repair services in the future.

Excellent autobody repair
Great customer service. Handled the rental car process so that drop off and pick up were effortless. Work looks great too!
