Heater repair on my 2001 ford F250
I had called the office and talked to a gentleman in regards to my heater not working in my old Ford truck. We arranged to bring my truck in on a Friday. I brought the truck early in the morning and the gentleman had told me he would call me in an hour and a half to let me know what was wrong with the heater. He called me within that timeframe and let me know what was wrong with the truck. He also had told me that I had 25-year-old hoses. I could use a new thermostat a new antifreeze. I agreed to the repairs and the price was as agreed. I felt very confident that I was getting the best priced and the best job. These guys have been a business for years and I would use them again and also to refer them..
