Excellent work and service as per usual.
Santos gets extra kudos this time as they worked me in on the spot when they discovered my brakes were bad, making the car unsafe to drive. I had just happened to stop by because I heard a slight sound when braking—it was the sound they make if they get wet after a rainstorm. I’m so glad I checked in with them because I had no idea the brakes needed to be replaced. So they did the work in record time, assigning 2 mechanics to work on them so they could be done by closing time. The noise went away and I feel so much better knowing that my car is safe to drive again.
