Grumpy staff and improper documentation
Dropped off car the night before a 9:00 am appointment. Wasn’t greeted by anyone. I walked up to a service advisor and he told me I needed to go to the office to drop the keys. Went to the office, 3 staff members just chatting it up. Took a minute or two to be recognized after I said hello. Next day, didn’t get notification that they started the work (oil change/tire rotation and seatbelt recall) until 11:38 am. Car wasn’t ready until almost 4:30 pm. Went to pick it up and same experience of being ignored and staff seeming like it was a nuisance to assist me. Work order didn’t note the tire rotation. Spoke to the GM, he said he’s been receiving similar comments and they are working to correct the issues. Hope they can, sales at this location is great. Service experience left a bad taste.
