I was able to receive an appointment much quicker than another dealership (about the same distance from home) . Both on dropping off and picking up- Intake/cashier person was not in on time . Made for some confusion and delays on both ends. The person I ultimately spoke with was helpful. I paid a bit to take off a broken grill - the actual cable repair needed probably took 15 minutes. Not an issue. So far I think the repair worked. I think? I am pleasantly surprised they didn't offer to replace the broken grill . Although since the other was off may have been the time to do it? I would go back . They got the repair done in a day and everyone was very pleasant.
