Quick & Thorough
Saturday's service appointment was scary at first because there were several cars waiting to be checked in & then there was no record of our appointment that we made through the link in their email to us.
BUT, Pedro took care of us & informed us that the wait could be 2+ hours. We were due for our oil change so we were ok with the wait time. Pedro kept us informed & we were out of there in a little over an hour. The waiting area was nice & comfy so we had a great experience again. Pedro & everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant. Sansone Hyundai is our place even though we got our vehicle at Maxon Hyundai. Maxon needs to up their sales & service & take some notes on how Sansone works! Thanks Sansone!
