Called for a tow to bring my vehicle in to mechanic called at 10:30am tow truck operator Michael L arrived at 4:40 in the evening he gets here asks me to put it in neutral as I did then he states he can’t tow my car I asked why he says something about a tow hook last I checked there the tow company shouldn’t they have a tow hook long story short he says he’ll go into his truck and dispatch another driver who will hook it to the bottom of my car a bmw mind you and he’d let me know to put my car back and park he gets back in his truck doesn’t say a word just gets in and drives away in my opinion if the side of your truck says sandys towing you’d atleast know how to tow and do they job at hand and should know and have all tools necessary for towing what a joke

I wish i could select zero stars. They prey on the elderly and thosr who dont know any better and make u think they're done you a favor. They should be shut down
Roger and Sandy are crooks. My aunt needed an oil pan gasket, it was dripping but didn't have the time and my aunt didn't want to burden me..she took it there and $900 later claiming the " engine block " was cracked lol . Told my aunt they " had to take everything off the engine and just about take the whole engine out to fix it". Funny the car was only inside the garage for 2 hours but claimed they spent 11 hours on it..oil pan gasket still leaking. Roger hid behind his friendship with wpd officer cooper and protected him with his bullshit. He sleeps with hookers and the wife sandy well she sleeps with anything she can. The daughter who drives a tow truck has been known to beat up men. In 1.2 years they employed 2 heavy drug users who were just scummy ppl besides the drugs. Would let the " mechanics" test drive the cars with no license under the influence. Stay far away. Roger a man who smokes 4 packs a day...living prood God only wants good ppl in heaven

Sandy’s Towing Thief
Just the day before, my cv Joint broke in my car. We called AAA to help us with a free tow. Unfortunately we were assigned with Sandy’s. We waited 45 minutes for them to contact us and tell us the guy got another call and so we left the car (mind you the car wasn’t picked up till 1:30 a.m) and I broke down at 11:45. So we decided to leave the car and go home. In my car I had a numerous amount of quarters and change. I took everything valuable out of the car. I moved my change from the change slot and put it in my cup holders which the top closes. So unless you open the top and go through everything you wouldn’t be able to see anything. Today I was in my car and all of my quarters were missing and it was a very very noticeable amount missing. I called Sandy’s only for the lady at the front desk to ask me as if I were dumb if I left my car unlocked (she was the one to tell us to unlock it) and told me that none of their drivers would go through any of your stuff. The car was dropped off at my dads house and he’s not even that low to take change. Told me to call back in the morning for a manager. AUSTIN B. truck number #1156 is a thief and because I don’t have a picture of him taking my money, they can’t really do anything about it. DO NOT CALL HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I had $15 in change in my car and I’m leaving with $3.35. (If I was robbed, they would have stolen everything) and this Austin guy left change so it wouldn’t be noticeable. AGAIN DO NOT PAY THEM FOR SERVICES, YOU DESERVE BETTER.

Fuel pump with issues
From direction of the AAA I had my 1997 Camaro towed to Sandy"s where they found that the fuel pump needed replacing. I had them replace the fuel pump and the car was returned to me with the fuel sensor stuck at 3/4 full. I am now looking for a mechanic to fix it but I am told that the sensor is part of the fuel pump assembly and I probably will have to have it replace it again.

Two blown tires and destroyed wheels
I was very pleased with the service and savings I recieved. If I had taken to dealership, the price would have been more than double. Roger (owner) is a stand up individual and class act.
