Had a big problem with my car that numerous other shops did not want to touch. Many hours of labor to repair & hard to find parts (over ten years old) would mean days clogging up the shop lot as well as a bay lift where no other cars could be repaired. Sam & his staff took on the challenge. My car is back on the road, repaired & running as it should. Repair costs were less than expected. (I expected a very large bill, repairs are not cheap anymore).
