I recently visited Samra Auto to inquire about a vehicle and placed a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. I drove nearly four hours to see the car, expecting it to be in good condition based on prior communication.
Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was very disappointed with the actual condition of the vehicle. It did not match the expectations set during our discussions, and I decided not to move forward with the purchase.
I requested a refund of the deposit, which was clearly stated to be refundable. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the refund. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership’s professionalism and customer service.
What’s most frustrating is the absence of clear communication and follow-through. A business should honor its commitments, especially when it comes to financial transactions and customer trust.
