I'm disabled and use the wheelchair and they were very helpful and accommodating to making sure my vehicle is up to par. Very friendly and understanding when you speak with them so I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.
I have a Dodge Journey that needed some mechanical work. On a whim I stopped at Safeway Auto for an estimate. Michael explained all the charges and said the work would take about 5 hours. The next day I dropped off the vehicle and in less time than estimated the work was done and right on estimate. Safeway has got themselves a new customer.
Everyone is amazing knowledgeable,helpful.....I can't say enough good things about this shop. Thank you Micheal, Al and the mechanics that I didn't get to meet oh I met Santos really nice guy as well. Thank you all.
