Ann said they do very, very good work. She does have to take her vehicle back, which is very unusual, but they do good work and she always recommends them.
You have seen my posts before about Safe & Sound for several years now. We have been using them for a couple decades. I can highly recommend them. Are they perfect, no. But do they do everything in their power to make it right, you bet.
No issues. I know the technician said I was way over the mileage for an oil change. But Toyota told me that when you use synthetic oil you should go 10,000 miles. When Toyota called my huband to remind him of an oil change. When he told them he only had 5000 miles, they told hm to call them when he had 10,000 miles.
You have heard from me before. For several years now. We take our vehicles to Safe and Sound because they fix them right and the only need what needs to be fixed. They also let us know if something will need to be done - down the road. Valuable to us because we can budget for upcoming repairs.
Robert said they were polite and had a very knowledgeable staff. He had no problems with anything that was done. They actually showed him the equipment that needed to be replaced and the reason why.
