Great Service
I was in a time crunch and repair issues popped up on the screen in addition to regular oil change. At first I wasn't able to get in but a cancellation happened and I was put into the slot! My time crunch was fixed! Great service and great folks.

I brought the car to you for work once I got the parts from a previous repair man. I told you what was wrong with it (told to me by 2 previous mechanics.) I was told you would not do anything until I authorized it. I told you I had already paid for parts and was going to wait until end of March to try to get the parts as I had already paid $3850 for parts and labor. After a few days I came back over to move the car to my home until I tried to get parts. I did not authorized you to diagnose problems, and when I came to move it I was charged for that. Frustrating as I already was told twice what was wrong.

Great customer service and keeping the customer informed of any extra findings with vehicle. Work was accomplished in an expedient manner. Vehicle interior was kept clean and no messes. Part and labor were spelled out and waited for approval before beginning

S&P Certified always gives excellent service at a fair cost. Ed is a top notch manager, always ready to give answer questions as well as clarify and resolve issues. The front office ladies are great: very personable and knowledgeable.
