I called at 8am on the day of installation to get some kind of time window of when the technician would arrive. The customer service representative said she would call me back and give me a time window, she never called back. That was the only issue I had with this service. I'm a busy person and my time just like yours is very important so it would help if you could give people some kind of time frame.
