RX Automotive took care of us as always. They explained what was needed and our car was running again in an efficient amount of time. We have also recommended the shop to friends who were very satisfied.

Guy from the front desk has a terrible attitude. I went in to check on my car after not hearing for a status for a few days to see what was going on with it. After I just parked, I saw one of the mechanics backing out my car from their garage. So I went up to him and asked what was going on with it. He told me he was done fixing it and said he was test driving the car. He said he could meet me in the front after he was done and I said okay cool. When I entered the front lobby I told the guy who is always in the front what was going on. After the mechanic finished the test drive and parked it, he explained what they did and what may need to be done with the car. The guy from the front desk seemed like he was on his high horse acting like what they do is a big secret and said “this is what we usually discuss to each other, but because your here…” Then he said he would’ve like to test drive the car a couple of times, but said it’s okay. I asked him about it again just to double check, and he was just very short with me, like clearly me being there was a big problem for him. Like it’s a problem for me to see what’s going on with my car, give me a break. They are very good at what they do, but he really should not take himself so seriously. Especially after just giving them a whole bunch of money, would seem like they should be more appreciative.
Everyone was so nice and did such amazing work on my car. I’m very satisfied with the results and would recommend RX automotive 100%. Excellent service and excellent people. Thank you!
Took my cars in for an oil change, excellent service, no up charge and no ‘surprise repairs’ like most other places do. We also got the cars back on time. Will definitely come back for all my car needs
