Took car there for a diagnostic
The owner took it up on his self to buy the parts and replace then not asking me first showing me the old parts or anything in professional

Service
I have given this shop plenty of business, and I have recommended this shop to several people. The work was outstanding, however it started to be you take your car in for one thing and it ends of being three things for more money. The owner or manager got very nasty with me because I questioned him about the cost. There are plenty of shops around, and I don't have to put up with someone calling me and getting NASTY with me because i ask him to explain the charges, I think that he is one sided with blacks and whites. People have to survive just like him, with owning a business and paying bills. I'm not going to let no one talk to me the way that he did and spend my money. I have sent this shop thousands of dollars in business. The the best thing in life it that you need to service black people just like you have to service white people. This is 2022 not 1822.
