Shady, Scam Artists!
Took my daughter’s vehicle for a warranty repair. Horrible communication, would never return my calls to confirm exact repair before I would authorize repair and submission to my warranty company. Went to get the vehicle back and learned they had, without authorization, submitted multiple thousands of unnecessary “repairs “ to my insurance company without my approval! Got the vehicle back and notified the warranty company of the fraudulent submission that wasn’t approved and advised them to cancel and not pay this unethical, scam artist repair shop! Do NOT take your vehicle to these crooks! I would leave a NEGATIVE 5 rating if I could! Pure Trash Business! They even broke my daughter’s key chain and didn’t bother to apologize!

I been bringing all my vehicles to Ruffino for years and words can not express how great this team is at their job. I recently brought my car in for service because it was pulling to one side. Great service
I've always went to Ruffino for the service of my vehicle since I've came to know the place. They do great work and always diagnose the vehicle before working on it and get to the root of your problem and they explain and show you the issues you're having. Great work guys keep it up.

Affordable and thorough process
I took my car in for a oil change. My car is Porsche so I try to take it somewhere where the mechanics are knowledge of Porsche should be maintained. Not only did they perform the oil change quickly and for a reasonable amount, they clearly explained all the know issues that might occur, but that nothing is urgently needed to be done and the car is overall in good shape. They even replace a oil plug seal that would have potentially cause a leak.

Had them check my engine for leaks,
Had noticed some wet spots on my driveway and was worried about engine leaks. Brad put it on the rack and thoroughly check all areas for possible leaks and fortunately nothing was found. Quick reliable service from the whole crew, I highly recommend them!

Excellent service and they actually show you what you need and don’t.
After going to the dealer telling me I need to spend a couple thousand, I left there spending a few hundred. And they proved to me what I did and didn’t need.!!
