Regular interval service work. I.e. oil and filter change and tire rotation.
The crew at RTE. 1Auto Service from the service technicians to the front desk provide exceptional service to their clients. I have five family members that go to RTE. 1 Auto Service and all five agree with my assessment that they are a five star organization.
Isaac said they followed up, he was open with everything, he did his best to save some money in his pocket, to avoid some extra work if he could and to get the vehicle going.

Fast, courteously and professional service
The staff is professional and knowledgeable, makes the experience of having a vehicle down less stressful. Great service as usual.
Have been to and worked with many mechanics, dealers etc in my 50+ years as a car owner. A1auto Peabody is the best on all levels of service, communication, work performance and price I’ve ever experienced. I say this honestly and without any hesitation. Also. I have found them to be completely transparent, honest and very fair when it comes to additional work that comes up and pricing, which I find completely refreshing. I have and will continue to recommend your service to all my family and friends.
I purchased a car that should not have been sold to me in the first place. Turns out it needed a new engine. I brought it to Rte 1 Auto Service and I could not be more happy. Chris handled everything, from dealing with the insurance company and advocating in my best interests. He kept me informed and every person who worked on my car in that shop always would come and greet me and update me whenever I was there to check in. They do not pressure you to do anything and are very honest and trustworthy. They are good people that provide great service!!
