Customer service is lacking
Was sold on getting an alignment done while getting new tires mounted for 500 dollars. Needed to follow up with getting the receipt sent over and alignment specs. Still no specs for alignment after many attempts. They have good equipment but charge a very premium price with minimal customer service. I expected better for the money, might as well stick to a dealership and have more transparency as to what is going on.

For clarity, all of our systems are fully digital, and on our end it shows the alignment specs were initially sent at the time of service. Great quality of service and customer experience
I've had terrible experiences with past mechanics, but they were top notch for sure.
You can definitely tell that they're aiming for high-tier cars.
It was a bit expensive though.

Mercedes maintenance.
Inspection and pictures done well for estimate. Felt overcharged for lower control arms. Brought bit up when picking up car. Was given a small credit.

They took care of me
I had an issue with my battery and they checked it out free of charge and took care of me. I had the alternator changed here and double checked everything was good. Perfect.

High-End Dealer Quality Service & Facility without the dealer prices!
Jeremey was great to work with. Very thoughtful of the work that needed to be doen and explanation. Only recommended critical work to be done and gave me reasonable recommendation for items needed in the future. Drastic difference from the dealer that used scare tactics to doing over 13K in work (Land Rover). Glad I found these guys who were very reasonable in pricing and the SUV is running perfectly. Bring all my cars here moving forward.. bonus - can work form their very comfortable lounge while work is being and WiFi is great!

I have a 2004 Z4 they pretty much do all the work on it. They have all the software it seems like for the manufacturer and they get the actual parts that are needed.

bad experience
I took my car in for an oil light. They checked the oil and charged me over $200. They told me the pressure was fine and that the oil light had gone out. When I went to pick up the car, the light came back. A few days later, I took the car to another shop and there was no oil pressure, even though they had told me there was
