Brake sevice is done quickly with good quality, although costly then expected. The reception staff interact with customers nicely and meticulously.

Fast and courteous service
I had 2 issues with my jeep and brought it to them for service. They listened to and understood my concerns, and found a reasonable solution. Came in on the budget agreed upon and had the jeep back the very next day. I was happy with my experience and would go again. Thanks!

I had a brake problem and was taken in immediately, given a detailed and photographic overhaul of all elements of my vehicle. All problems identified within an hour and car returned to me all items repaired in 24 hours. Outstanding.

Couldn't fix till body work done
I wanted my air conditioning repaired. Mechanic found the the radiator support was so bent that he could not do the work until a body shop had corrected the problem. I offered to pay for the diagnostic effort, but it was declined.

2nd opinion saves a couple thousand dollars on repairs.
Dealer diagnosed head gasket leak.
RSW replaced radiator, timing belt and control arm for two thousand dollars less than dealer's estimate.

Very disappointed
My car went in for a clutch job but unfortunately it wasn't done correctly. The seals in my car were not replaced and the oil leaked out. Now I have to bring it to another place. A real transmission place to get it fixed
