Convertible Top Problems on my ‘04 Carrera
Called Steve to see when I could bring my car in , as my convertible top stopped working. He told me to bring it in right away. As soon as I brought the car in , Ken , the Porsche Specialist, stopped what he was doing and tried to find the source of the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem right away , and Steve was able to give me an estimate. After leaving the car with them , they stayed in touch with me and kept me informed about parts that would need to be ordered. When I came to pick the car up , they had detailed my car and made sure I was happy with the results ! As always , Ken explained the work done and showed me the problem parts . In the office , Steve took time to go over the bill , item by item and made sure I was satisfied. These guys never cease to amaze me with their attentiveness , kindness and transparency. I’m a returning client and I will continue to bring my Porsche Carrera to Steve and Ken . They are the best !
