My old car lives to see another year!
This Arctic Blast was the perfect storm, pun intended, for a Catastrophic Brake Failure to happen, on my new old car, (because I couldn't afford a new new car) after an accident. A construction vehicle had taken out my beloved old old car late last year, and I was blessed to not be injured; in lieu of car payments, I'm adapting to the unexpected replacement vehicle.
I knew the car was going to need some brake work, but was trying to wait for spring. I never expected, nor experienced, a complete brake failure, with the pedal all of the way to the floor,.
Yikes!
What a harrowing experience! Traffic was mercifully sparse, and the timed lights staying green with the speed limit was a merciful godsend amid a bona fide crisis. That was a very long four minute drive, with the bare minimum of stoppage power, and I don't recommend driving without brakes, ever!
From my cell phone, I had called Zee, and he told me to bring in the vehicle right away.
Thankfully, it was before closing time on a Friday, and Zee had the loaner vehicle available. Clearly, this was no small job!
Zee and his Team have taken care of my personal vehicle maintenance for more than 15 years. While I knew this repair was going to be expensive, and it was, I never once stressed about the repair of my vehicle.
My vehicle is now running like a good old car should, and I couldn't be happier!
Zee earned my trust long ago, and he continues to validate that trust, by providing honest and exceptional service as a trademark of his auto repair business.
