Brought my Santa Fe in for a complimentary maintenance appointment, it was wonderful. Staff in the service department were very professional and curtious, I look forward to my next Rowe experience.

Bought a Certified Pre-owned car that caught fire
Bought a certified pre-owned 2018 Tucson. On the vehicle at the time of purchase was an aftermarket tow hitch. The Tucson caught fire one day in our driveway without being driven and nearly burned our house down. Rowe Hyundai says the tow hitch isn’t part of their 172 point inspection therefore they aren’t responsible. Scary situation and now we are left with nothing.

Service department meets and exceeds expectations again!
I have been a customer of Rowe Hyundai for almost 3 years now. During that time I have had an engine replaced under warranty and most recently, due to my inept driving in the evening, ran over a large curb and cracked my transmission in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport. I want to personally recognize Jess in the Service dept. as well as, the complete automotive team she works with. They literally ordered a transmission Monday afternoon and received it on Friday and had it completely installed by the end of the day. I expected to be without my car for two weeks and they literally repaired all of the damage in less than 5 days. Unbelievable. Jess provided me with repair estimates before they ordered the transmission and was proactive keeping me informed of the progress. She even told me she would take care of returning my rental car to Enterprise for me when I went to get my car. I cannot say enough good things about Jess and the whole Rowe Hyundai team in Westbrook

I have been a Rowe Hyundaii customer service 2005. I wouldn't even think of buying a car or having it serviced anywhere else. The sales and service they have provided to me has always been exceptional!

Great customer service and in keeping customers updated as to when they may have a schedule checkup coming up. They were right on top of informing me of a recall notice and in setting me up with appointment to address the recall issue. Service department is exceptional.
