Rosen, a refreshing find after several disappointments elsewhere
I had reserached the car that I wanted carefully after deciding to part with my 10 year old Caravan. The Hyundai Palisade would offer me cargo space with a huge improvement on comfort, style, safety features and warranties. Finding a dealership that was honest from the start proved to be tricky. I was quoted as much as $15k over at one dealer, assured of no mark-ups at another only to find 'hidden fees' of $5k and so on. Gabriel and Josh at Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha were a welcome change. I ultimately purchased my new Palisade from them and brought it home last week. Everyone at Rosen treated us with respect and made the higher cost that is the world's reality these days, as painless as possible. A salesman is there to make money... sure.
