I went in for a simple state inspection and they fail me for my windshield wipers. They say they’ll give me a discount on the reinspection, so I get my wipers fixed and take it back. They say it’ll be about an hour and get my payment and phone number. Nobody ends up calling (this happened during the initial inspection as well). They ghost me for the entire day, I show up 15 minutes before they close and everyone went home. I had to call their posted number, go into another business for my keys, and argued some random guy that I had already paid. They also called me sweetheart, honey, and dear which isn’t technically rude, but felt condescending.
