Robbed Me
I took my wife's vehicle in for an alignment, and they said they couldn't do it and it would be over $3000 in repairs for struts and bushings, the whole works. Here's where the problem starts. I had just replaced all the struts, ball joints, bushings on the vehicle. I had hit a curb and probably bent a strut, but that is all that was wrong. But I am fine with them telling me all that, no big deal. The problem i have is they charged me $140 just to tell me they can't do the alignment. They called it and alignment inspection. I did my ouw alignment at home and it's perfect now. Never had to replace a single part!

Still No Appointments?
I used to go to Ron's for servicing of my older truck, but as time went on and the front counter changed how they worked with customers (they would not take appointments anymore some time ago - I don't remember exactly when), it was a shift in customer service and attention that was not acceptable to me. Our time as customers is as valuable as theirs as a service dept., and when they just wanted you to drop off the vehicle without a specified start and finish time, it lessened their professional approach to service IMO. There are other shops out there who still work with conventional appointments and who seem to put the customer first.

Not what I asked for
You charged me $60 for and alignment check when all I asked for was an alignment. Then you tell me it will be over $2400 to fix some struts that are supposedly bent. Yeah right! You say I have to change them in pairs, BS! They are new struts changed out last year. If you want to make things right, give me back my $60 dollars I never agreed to pay. I didn't ask for an alignment check. If you couldn't do one then don't. But don't charge me a bs fee to do nothing...
